Morning Routines

I have a great morning routine. I love it. It’s an awesome way to start my morning, even on a Monday. I hope that I can continue it when I move and begin actually working a full day, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

Essentially, I enjoy a cup of coffee while checking up on things online (Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, book sales, website hits, emails, etc.) and watching some sort of news show. Then, I do a yoga routine, which every other day is followed by a workout, and every day follow it up with a stretching routine. I’m currently obsessed with the Nike Training Club app for my workouts, which I have found really helps me.

Then I eat some sort of nutritious breakfast, and ta-da! Ready to take on the world!
