As 2014 ends, I looked back at what I did this year yesterday and today I’m looking at how far I have come on my Project Kate plans.
Good news is that it has been pretty good, bad news is that I had my first anxiety attack since August. Every holiday season, we go see a holiday show. At the restaurant before the show (White Christmas!), it started and it lasted until about halfway through the show, so that was great. Other than that, though, it has been fine.

I hope your health continues to improve! The holidays always heighten my anxiety, often leading to full blow panic attacks. As much as I love this time of year, the stress gets to me.

Praying for better health for you. Just had an epidural at the pain clinic for my spinal stenosis…also have a sprained ankle that I have had for 9 weeks. That is getting better and the orthopedic doctor says it will take another month. But hey, I am getting around with no pain pills now. But question for you is: how do you like your naturopath? Have been thinking about seeing one.

Yay for Grad school applications! I'm only in my second year of my undergrad…and really not because the education program is ridiculously long, but I hope you get to go exactly where you want to!
