I love food. I love deliciousness. And I love eating healthy and delicious food. So when I had to cut even more food out of my diet, I remained determined to keep eating what tasted good and was good for me. So what did I do? Turn to Pinterest, obviously. I have dug through the trenches of healthy Pinterest boards to find some incredible recipes. I hope you enjoy these as much as I have, and be sure to send me some awesome recipes if you find them!

Hi Kate, nice line-up. Yesterday on Spiced Peach Blog I did a Fresh Vegetables and Chicken Clean Soup. I make this usually once a week in the winter, it has no seasonings and the taste is just clean and fresh from all the vegetables and broth. I never tire of it, even my 8 year old grandson loves it- and its a great way for him to get a group of varied vegetables in one day- same for adults. Thanks for sharing!
