Gluten-Free St. Patrick’s Day Recipes

We are a little over a month way from St. Patrick’s Day! As we are still dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, you shouldn’t be going out for the holiday, but you might still want to enjoy it. In that case, this blog post is for you. I’m sharing 28 gluten-free recipes for St. Patrick’s Day food and drink.

St. Patrick's Day food is great, but it's not very accessible for people who can't eat gluten. In this post, I'm sharing nearly 30 recipes for gluten-free St. Patricks' Day food.

    My favorite food for St. Patrick’s Day is Irish soda bread, and it’s great to see some gluten-free and even paleo versions of that on this list. I am also excited to try those vegan shamrock shakes. Yum!

I'm struggling right now with my broken foot, which brings back a lot of tough memories. That plus being due for Rituxan and the heat starting up has made things hard. ⁣

As with all things, what’s true for me might not be true for others. I’m sure there are plenty of RA patients who do respond well to supplements; I’m just not one of them. 

Additionally, at one point, I refer to being on chemo since 2012. As always, the chemo I’m referring to is Rituxan, which is my RA treatment. I do not have cancer nor have I ever claimed to.
